Dana Kaplan

Dana Kaplan is the director of justice reform at the National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform and a senior advisor to the Independent Rikers Commission. From 2014 to 2022, she worked at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice coordinating the City’s plan to close Rikers.
