Kerri M. Raissian

Kerri M. Raissian is an associate professor of public policy at the University of Connecticut and director of the university’s ARMS Center, which advances gun-injury prevention. She is a senior fellow at the Niskanen Center and serves as a consultant to Arnold Ventures.
