Margery Perlmutter

Margery Perlmutter is a land use lawyer, an architect and the founder of consultancy firm, Urban Factors, as well as a former chair and Commissioner of the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals and a former commissioner on the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. She is a contributing author to ”Housing the Nation: Social Equity, Architecture, and the Future of Affordable Housing.”
