Philip Mark Plotch

Philip Mark Plotch is the principal researcher at the Eno Center for Transportation and a fellow at the NYU Marron Institute of Urban Management. He is the author of three books: “Politics Across the Hudson,” “Last Subway” and “Mobilizing the Metropolis.”
