Steven M. Cohen

Steven M. Cohen is a partner in Blue Raven LLP. He served in the Andrew Cuomo administration. At various times, he was secretary to the governor, vice chair of the Port Authority, co-chair of the Gateway Program Development Commission (GPDC) and chair of Empire State Development. He teaches corporate law at New York Law School.
